John Fanelly

John is originally from the Philadelphia area but has called Los Angeles home for the past 15 years. His real estate career began at a young age as he learned to do repairs and renovations on his family’s investment properties. His clients love the knowledge and firsthand experience he has of both the difficulty and cost involved with any type of renovation or repair and the ability to generate a positive return on an asset, whether it be a starter home or an investment property. He is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and tackle any situation that may arise during the process of buying, selling, renting or rehabbing real estate and will also do so throughout tough negotiations, making sure to obtain the best possible deal for all of his clients.
